As the game starts, if you control a J/ruler with "Reflect" or "Refrain" in its name, search your deck for a regalia card with "Change the" in its name, reveal it and put it into your hand, then shuffle your deck. 2: Target an entity with "Spectating" in its name. Its owner triggers its [Enter] abilities, then they expel it.
